7 Deaths / Vanished at sea with a party of seven men in January, 1869. The vessel was outbound from Oysterville with a cargo of oysters for San Francisco. Some speculated that the schooner had carried additional sail for a fast passage south, due to the perisable cargo, perhaps causing it to capsize and sink.
